Who we are

This website is operated by International Sustainability Solutions & Consulting(SMC-Private) Limited (“ISSC”, “we”, “us”), a consultancy registered in Pakistan with its office at 276-K, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address — required, so that we can identify and reply to you.
• Your organisation and area of interest — optional, to help us route your enquiry to the right person.
• The message you write, together with the date and time it was submitted.

We do not run advertising, behavioural tracking or web analytics on this site, and we do not build visitor profiles. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, financial account details or identity document numbers through this form — please do not include them in your message.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver the services you ask about, and to keep an internal record of business correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails to addresses collected through this form.

Cookies and embedded content

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage. They fall into two categories:

• Essential.A session cookie is set only when a member of our team signs in to the private administration area. It exists to keep that person signed in and is not set for ordinary visitors. Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again on every page.
• Third-party embed. Our contact details include an embedded Google Map. Loading it allows Google to set its own cookies and to receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy. For that reason the map does not load until you accept cookies. If you decline, the map is replaced by a plain link and Google receives nothing.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will make the cookie banner appear again on your next visit.

Where your information is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a hosted MongoDB database and are accessible only to authorised ISSC personnel through a password-protected administration area. Our hosting and database providers process this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Pakistan. We do not share enquiry data with any other third party unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our business records. When an enquiry is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete your enquiry from our records. Write to us at info@issc-int.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted administrative access and encrypted connections. No website or database can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we will tell affected individuals about any breach that seriously affects them where the law requires it.

Children

This site is aimed at organisations and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
