1. About these terms

This website is operated by International Sustainability Solutions & Consulting(SMC-Private) Limited (“ISSC”, “we”, “us”), registered in Pakistan at 276-K, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By browsing this site or sending us an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover your use of the website only. Any consultancy, monitoring and evaluation, training or advisory work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written engagement agreement between us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

2. Information on this site

The content of this site — including descriptions of our services, credentials, project experience and site photography — is provided for general information about our organisation. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, free of error, or up to date at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this site is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it constitutes an offer or a commitment to provide services. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything published here. Advice is given only under a signed engagement, addressed to a specific client, for a specific scope, on facts we have verified.

Capacities, project types and figures shown on this site describe work we have carried out and are indicative of our experience. They are not a promise of any particular outcome, performance or result on your project.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration area, its server or any connected database;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site, or use automated means to submit the contact form; or
• submit anything through our forms that is false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Enquiries you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you are entitled to share it with us. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the contact form — it is a general enquiry channel, not a secure one. If you need to share sensitive information, contact us first and we will agree an appropriate route.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and we are not obliged to respond to or accept any enquiry. Information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, the ISSC name and logo, and the site photography — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds material from third parties, including an embedded Google Map on our contact details. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
